A clear technical answer before the money moves.
Independent technical judgement for founders, boards and investors — on a target’s architecture, a roadmap that has to hold up, the AI claims in a pitch, or a company without a technical lead.
What we offer

What you receive
A written answer, not a slide deck.
A written report
Findings, the evidence behind them and the risks, ranked.
A one-page summary
In plain language, for the board or the investment committee.
Recommendations with rough cost
What to do about each risk, and roughly what it will take.
A walkthrough
A call to go through the findings and answer questions.
AI due diligence
We check the AI claims, too.
Many companies now pitch an AI layer. We test whether it works on real data, what it costs to run, how it fails, and whether the company could change model provider if it had to.

Questions about technical leadership
How long does technical due diligence take?
It depends on the size of the target and how quickly we get access to its code and people. We agree the scope and the date of the report before we start.
Do you need access to the code?
For a full review, yes — read-only access to the repositories, plus conversations with the technical team. A lighter review is possible from documents and interviews alone, and the report says which it was.
Is it confidential?
Yes. We work under NDA and share findings only with the people you name.
Can a fractional CTO help us hire?
Yes: defining the role, reviewing candidates’ technical work and joining interviews.
Have a decision coming up?
Tell us what’s at stake and when you need an answer. We’ll tell you what a review would cover and when you’d have it.
